Job Description
We are seeking a technically strong Applications Analyst to support and enhance enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This role is heavily focused on Infor CloudSuite (HCM) and will play a key part in a major multi-tenant cloud transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience across HCM platforms and be comfortable working in a highly technical environment with a strong emphasis on development, integrations, and system optimization. This is an opportunity to contribute immediately on high-impact projects while supporting modern HR technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical resource supporting HCM systems, with a primary focus on Infor CloudSuite (HCM)
- Contribute to a multi-tenant cloud migration project, including conversion of integrations and reporting solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain interfaces, integrations, scripts, and automated workflows
- Convert and optimize existing SQL-based reports and interfaces into modern platform solutions
- Configure and enhance HCM modules including payroll, core HR, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, and employee relations
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions using SQL and enterprise reporting tools
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements
- Provide occasional production support, including troubleshooting login or system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and business processes
- Document technical solutions, configurations, and system changes
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience supporting and developing HCM or HRIS systems
- Strong experience with Infor CloudSuite (HCM), including hands-on work with configuration, integrations, and/or development
- Experience working within modern Infor architecture (e.g., ION, Landmark, or similar technologies) preferred
- Experience with WorkForce Time & Attendance or similar workforce management systems is highly valued
- Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL and/or PL/SQL) for reporting and data transformation
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration or conversion efforts
- Ability to work in a development-heavy environment (majority project-based work)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The Pay Rate range for this position is $70,000 – $90,000/year for direct hire, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
