You will work closely with business users to understand requirements, build and enhance applications, troubleshoot issues, support integrations, and help ensure applications are reliable, intuitive, and visually consistent. Direct experience with Quickbase or a similar low-code platform is helpful, but the hiring manager is open to candidates with transferable programming and application-development experience.

- Configure and enhance existing applications while maintaining reliability, maintainability, and usability.
- Troubleshoot application issues, defects, workflows, integrations, and user problems.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using APIs, SFTP, flat files, scheduled jobs, and similar methods.
- Support authentication, data mapping, error handling, and integration troubleshooting.
- Partner directly with business users to gather requirements and explain technical solutions in clear, understandable language.
- Maintain consistent UI design, theming, layouts, and user experience across applications.
- Serve as a platform subject matter expert and provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Identify opportunities to improve application functionality, processes, and user adoption.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Approximately 5 years of experience in web applications, application administration, low-code development, programming, or a related technical area preferred.
- Strong understanding of HTML and web development fundamentals.
- Experience with CSS, JavaScript, XML, or similar web/application technologies.
- Experience with Quickbase or another low-code/no-code platform is highly desirable.

- Experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting business-facing applications.
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
- Ability to quickly learn new platforms and become self-sufficient.
