Job Description
As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by processing orders, handling materials, and maintaining accurate inventory flow. This role is essential to ensuring products are received, picked, packed, and staged efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards in a fast-paced cross-dock environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, staging, and material handling
- Process supply requests and customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare, pack, and stage products for shipment and delivery
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and order movement
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure product accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months of warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse computer systems is a plus
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced cross-dock environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to workplace safety

The base pay range for this position is $18/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
