Job Description
As an Operator / Inspector, you'll help ensure every product meets quality standards before reaching the customer. This position combines quality inspection, machine operation, packaging, and material handling in a clean manufacturing environment with opportunities for long-term employment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect products coming off molding presses to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Operate molding machines safely and efficiently.
- Package finished products according to specifications.
- Stage finished goods and raw materials throughout the production process.
- Complete inspection logs accurately.
- Trim molded parts as needed.
- Perform light assembly work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned. These responsibilities reflect the client's Operator/Inspector position.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, inspection, or machine operation experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
