Job Description
Are you an experienced warehouse professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a dependable Case Picker to support warehouse operations in a temperature-controlled food distribution facility. This role requires working in refrigerated and freezer environments while unloading trucks, moving product, operating material handling equipment, and assisting throughout the warehouse as needed. If you have forklift and electric pallet jack experience and enjoy staying active, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team.

Responsibilities
- Unload and load products from trucks onto pallets safely and efficiently
- Receive, process, organize, store, pick, pack, and ship products
- Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) and Sit-Down Forklift
- Manually move products and materials throughout the warehouse
- Read work orders and follow verbal instructions to complete assignments
- Record quantities of products moved and handled
- Sort products before loading and unloading
- Assist with general warehouse support and light maintenance duties
- Help in other warehouse areas as business needs require
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
Experience
- Previous Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience required
- Previous Sit-Down Forklift experience required
- Previous cold storage/freezer warehouse experience required
- Experience working in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution environments preferred
Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull 80–100 pounds
- Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments throughout the shift
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing workload demands
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
