Job Description
We are seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist to support a short-term coverage need due to a retirement, with some potential to transition into a full-time role. This position plays a critical role in maintaining proper vendor payments and maintenance supporting accounting operations during a period of organizational change. The ideal candidate can step in quickly, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Process accounts payable transactions
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Manage vendor communication
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Accounts Payable specialist experience
- Strong reconciliation skills (bank and GL)
- Ability to ramp up quickly with minimal training
- Experience working in an ERP system
