Job Description:
Join a collaborative and fast-growing technology organization as a Platform Development Team Lead, where you will lead a high-performing team responsible for building modern, cloud-based business applications and core platform solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management responsibilities, requiring someone who can mentor developers, manage delivery timelines, and help establish scalable development standards and best practices. You will play a key role in driving greenfield development initiatives while partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure secure, high-quality solutions are delivered
on time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software developers across multiple locations and experience levels.
- Manage team workload, project priorities, and delivery timelines across multiple development initiatives.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across full-stack development efforts, including backend, frontend, APIs, and integrations.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and quality controls.
- Monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure projects are delivered with high quality and predictable execution.
- Partner with leadership to align development roadmap and technical strategy with business objectives.
- Support secure software development practices, particularly within regulated or data-sensitive environments.
- Facilitate team collaboration, one-on-ones, performance feedback, and ongoing mentoring initiatives.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, documentation, and long-term platform scalability planning.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 8+ years of software development experience, including significant full-stack development experience.
- 2+ years of technical leadership or people management experience.
- Strong experience with C#/.NET (modern versions preferred), Angular and/or React, APIs, SQL, and cloud-based application development.
- Proven ability to lead remote and distributed development teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and modern software architecture.
- Experience delivering secure applications within regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare preferred.
- Strong communication, accountability, and collaboration skills with the ability to mentor and influence teams.
- Experience with mobile application development or mobile-first architecture is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $165,000 – $210,000, excluding bonuses, benefits, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
