Job Description
A growing and established financial services organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute its talent acquisition strategy in support of continued growth. Based in Carrollton, TX, this role will oversee full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels, while partnering closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, streamline hiring processes, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also play a key role in evaluating recruiting agency partnerships, developing recruiting metrics and analytics, strengthening employer branding, and building early-career talent initiatives through university and community partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including experience scaling a recruiting function in a high-growth environment, with strong business partnership, sourcing, organizational, and strategic skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting for exempt, non-exempt, technical, professional, and leadership positions across multiple functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on job descriptions, sourcing strategies, interview processes, selection criteria, and hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Develop and optimize sourcing strategies across direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, social media, recruiting events, and external recruiting partners.
- Evaluate and manage external recruiting agency relationships, including candidate quality, hiring outcomes, time-to-fill, and ROI.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and hiring best practices.
- Oversee ATS administration, recruiting workflows, policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Develop recruiting metrics, dashboards, and analytics to measure and improve recruiting performance.
- Drive initiatives focused on improving quality of hire, time-to-fill, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Develop and implement campus recruiting and early-career talent programs, including university partnerships, internships, and career fairs.
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, professional organizations, and community partners to support future talent needs.
- Support employer branding and talent engagement through recruiting campaigns, social media, events, and other attraction initiatives.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and support diversity recruitment initiatives.
- Advise leadership on workforce planning, labor market trends, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Manage offer development, compensation alignment, and negotiations in partnership with hiring managers and Human Capital leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including leadership experience.
- Proven experience building, scaling, or enhancing recruiting functions within a high-growth environment.
- Strong full-cycle recruiting experience across professional, technical, exempt/non-exempt, and leadership-level positions.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
- Experience managing recruiting agencies and evaluating external recruiting partnerships and performance.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting technology, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of employment practices and recruiting compliance requirements.
- Experience developing recruiting metrics, dashboards, and data-driven talent acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of employer branding, social recruiting, and talent engagement strategies.
- Experience developing talent pipelines and/or early-career recruiting programs is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification preferred.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and business partnership skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsive and service-oriented with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The base pay range for this position is $140,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
