Job Description
Support daily shipping and warehouse operations by preparing, packaging, and shipping products with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure orders are processed correctly, maintain organized inventory and shipping records, and collaborate with production and customer service teams to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory accuracy through data entry and cycle counts
- Organize and maintain the shipping/receiving area
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse related role preferred
- Ability to accurately prepare and process outgoing shipments
- Experience using shipping software is a plus
- Experience operating forklifts required
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Printing or manufacturing experience is a plus

The base pay range for this position is $16-17/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
