What You’ll Be Doing
- Support & conduct multi-state tax compliance, partnership accounting, and regulatory reporting
- Prepare tax filings, reconciliations, workpapers, and financial reporting schedules
- Assist with fixed assets, month-end close, budgeting, and intercompany accounting
- Collaborate across departments to improve processes, support audits, and drive operational efficiency
- Help develop newer team members while growing into future leadership responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3–6+ years of accounting or tax experience
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience with:
- Multi-state tax
- Partnership accounting
- Multi-entity environments
- Fixed assets
- Complex compliance reporting
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
