Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, apply payments, and maintain accurate customer account records
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections activities
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues
• Prepare sales tax reporting and assist with account reconciliations
• Collaborate with accounting, sales, and operations teams to support financial processes

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Ability to multitask and meet high volume deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
