What You’ll Do:
- Own a diverse portfolio of client relationships, delivering high-quality tax, accounting, and advisory services from planning through completion
- Serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing timely guidance and helping solve complex accounting and tax challenges
- Review and coach the work of junior team members while helping develop the next generation of accounting professionals
- Partner with managers and firm leadership on planning initiatives, special projects, and opportunities to improve client outcomes
- Expand your technical expertise while building the leadership skills needed to advance into future management opportunities
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of public accounting experience
- Ability to independently prepare complex individual, business, and partnership tax returns
- Active CPA or willingness to pursue CPA licensure with eligibility or a clear plan to sit for the exam
- Experience with CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx Tax, GAAP, or staff review responsibilities is preferred
