Job Description:
Join a mission-driven financial services organization as a Senior Program Manager – Information Security, where you will play a critical role in shaping and strengthening the company’s cybersecurity posture. In this role, you will provide high-level technical leadership across information security domains, focusing on risk management, vulnerability identification, and the implementation of security policies and controls. You will partner closely with IT, development teams, and leadership to ensure security standards are met while proactively identifying threats and driving remediation strategies across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and enforcement of enterprise security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Identify vulnerabilities and threat vectors, recommending and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Oversee continuous monitoring of systems and security posture using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct security assessments, testing, and reviews of enterprise and application architectures.
- Partner with development teams to ensure secure coding practices and minimize risk exposure.
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including triage, analysis, and remediation.
- Analyze logs and system data to detect irregularities and identify potential security breaches.
- Drive security awareness, training initiatives, and continuous improvement across IT teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in information security roles with increasing responsibility.
- Strong program management experience within security or IT environments.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as Nessus, Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, or similar.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27000, NIST, SOC2, PCI-DSS, etc.).
- Experience with vulnerability management, incident response, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $140,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth
