What You’ll Do:
- Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting activities
- Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide insights to leadership
- Assist with capital project and fixed asset accounting, including reporting and reconciliations
- Partner with operations and finance teams to improve processes and strengthen controls
- Support audits, forecasting, budgeting, and special projects as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of accounting experience, with a strong foundation in general accounting and financial reporting
- Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, financial analysis, and month-end close
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Interest in developing expertise within capital and fixed asset accounting preferred
