Job Description
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to support financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance activities, and month-end close processes. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, contribute to process improvements, and build your leadership skills by mentoring others and collaborating across departments.
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to support financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance activities, and month-end close processes. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, contribute to process improvements, and build your leadership skills by mentoring others and collaborating across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Generate financial reports and summaries to support business decisions.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close activities.
- Assist with tax filings, contract administration, and fixed asset accounting.
- Provide guidance and support to accounting team members.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
- Solid understanding of sales and use tax regulations, with strong analytical abilities

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $90,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
