Job Description
A stable, Lincoln organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Accounting team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment and can contribute both independently and collaboratively. You will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting reporting requirements, and driving process improvements.

What You Will Do
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger
- Support financial reporting, including regulatory and tax filings
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Recommend and implement process improvements and controls
- Mentor staff and support finance-related projects
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong GL, reconciliation, and reporting experience
- Advanced Excel and strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

- Insurance or statutory accounting experience
- Workday or ERP system experience
- Audit support or regulatory reporting exposure
