Job Description
RectorSeal is seeking a customer-focused Reshipment Specialist to support Customer Solutions and operational teams company wide. This role is responsible for managing order discrepancies, coordinating reshipments, and ensuring customers receive timely resolutions to shipping concerns. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in delivering a positive customer experience while maintaining accurate records and supporting process improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Process and manage customer reshipment orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve shipping discrepancies and customer concerns
• Track reshipment progress and provide updates to customers and internal teams
• Troubleshoot issues involving damaged, lost, returned, or incorrect shipments
• Maintain detailed records and assist with documenting and improving reshipment procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 2+ years of customer service experience required
• Experience with CRM, JDE, or ERP systems preferred
• Strong data entry, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; some college considered

The base pay range for this position is $25.00-$27.00/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
