Job Description
The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership within a fast-paced professional environment. This role is responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining confidential records, and supporting departmental operations and special projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Provide diverse and complex administrative support to senior leadership while maintaining daily departmental operations and administrative processes
• Create, maintain, and navigate Excel spreadsheets including formulas, reports, graphs, charts, and organizational charts for management use and presentations
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and schedule appointments for leadership teams
• Compose, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential business documents with a high level of professionalism and accuracy
• Serve as a liaison between departments and external contacts while providing exceptional customer service and determining appropriate resolution for routine and moderately complex matters

Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree, vocational training, specialized certification, or equivalent administrative experience preferred
• 1–3 years of related administrative support experience in a professional or corporate office environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat/PDF navigation
• Strong typing, multitasking, organizational, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision

The base pay for this position is $25.00 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
