Job Description:
A Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet organizational staffing needs. This role partners with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements, coordinate interviews, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate outreach through onboarding. The Healthcare Recruiter also builds talent pipelines, maintains compliance with healthcare hiring standards, and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Responsibilities:
- Primary focus will be on the recruitment of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice, and other clinical roles.
- Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals.
- Screen and interview qualified candidates.
- Stay connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years sales or recruiting experience.
- Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- Ability to set and surpass goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
