Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Forklift / Lift Driver to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating a forklift, loading and unloading trucks, moving materials throughout the warehouse, and maintaining organized inventory. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and willing to assist with a variety of warehouse functions as part of a small team.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift and wrap machine.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Put away and retrieve materials from warehouse racking.
- Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
- Lift and manipulate materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and cross-train in other department functions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report time accurately and maintain excellent attendance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Ability to lift, move, and manipulate up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Basic ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow directions and multitask.
- Reliable attendance and professional workplace behavior.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
