Job Description:
The Auto Detailer is responsible for cleaning, washing, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards. Duties include exterior washing, interior cleaning, polishing, removing debris, and identifying any visible damage or maintenance concerns before vehicles are returned to customers or prepared for sale.
Responsibilities:
- Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors to ensure a professional appearance
- Vacuum, wipe down, and sanitize vehicle interiors, including seats, floors, dashboards, consoles, and windows.
- Apply wax, polish, or other cleaning products as needed to enhance vehicle presentation.
- Remove trash, debris, stains, and odors from assigned vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for visible damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns and report findings to management.
- Maintain cleaning supplies, tools, and detailing equipment in a safe and organized manner.
- Follow company safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals, equipment, and moving vehicles.
- Ensure vehicles are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timeframes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to work outside in all climates
