Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to support manufacturing operations by ensuring products consistently meet established quality standards. In this role, you will perform statistical process control, conduct quality inspections, assist with root cause investigations, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform statistical process control (SPC) and monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Inspect finished products, identify quality concerns, and assist with corrective and preventive actions.
- Complete quality documentation, audits, inspections, and maintain accurate quality records.
- Partner with production and quality teams to investigate nonconforming products and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Conduct quality-related training and ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must have at least one year of manufacturing quality control or statistical process control experience.
- Must have previous experience conducting quality audits in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment that may be hot, humid, and noisy.

The base pay range for this position is $37,440–$37,440 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
