Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead production team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, maintaining safety and quality standards, meeting production goals, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a proven background in manufacturing supervision. This position works closely with production, shipping, and plant leadership to ensure customer requirements are met safely and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and output goals are achieved
- Assign tasks, monitor employee performance, and provide leadership and direction to production team members
- Enforce company safety policies, machine operation procedures, and workplace standards
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports and output summaries while identifying opportunities to reduce production costs
- Collaborate with shipping and other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or production leadership experience
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds with or without accommodation

The base pay range for this position is $$45,000–$55,000/annually excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
