A leading Nebraska staple is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to support payroll processing, benefits administration, and core HR functions in a flexible, fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records (earnings, deductions, garnishments, direct deposits)
- Support payroll tax filings and year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s)
- Administer employee benefits including enrollments and changes
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll and benefits experience
- Experience with UKG Ready or similar HRIS/payroll systems strongly preferred
- Understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS office suite
