A tech-driven organization within the Iowa Ag space is seeking an senior level professional to join its finance & accounting team. This is a high-impact opportunity within a small, collaborative team supporting a complex, multi-entity structure. The role is ideal for an accounting professional with a strong foundation in financial reporting, public accounting experience, and a passion for leveraging data, systems, and automation to drive business insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
- Support month-end/year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts across operational business units
- Partner with non-finance leaders to deliver financial insights and guidance
- Support and eventually own multiple annual audits across entities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3–4+ years of public accounting background preferred
- Strong audit, financial reporting, and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
- ERP experience preferred (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
