Job Description:
Join a data-driven marketing team as a Marketing Technology & Operations Lead, where you will play a critical role at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology. In this role, you will strengthen and scale marketing infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, reliable reporting, and effective cross-functional execution. You will work closely with IT, Data, Product, and Marketing teams to improve how data is collected, structured, and activated—while remaining hands-on in solving complex challenges and driving measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own marketing data integrity, governance, and tracking across platforms, ensuring accurate data flow and reporting.
- Partner with IT, Data, and Product teams to enhance marketing data infrastructure and monitoring capabilities.
- Build and scale automated reporting (e.g., PowerBI) to provide clear visibility into marketing performance.
- Standardize and maintain key marketing KPIs across systems and channels.
- Support advanced measurement initiatives including attribution, forecasting, and performance optimization.
- Act as the marketing representative in cross-functional prioritization and sprint planning.
- Improve operational processes to increase speed, alignment, and accountability across teams.
- Enable conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts through structured testing and accurate tracking frameworks.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to scalable processes and documentation.
- Evaluate and implement improvements to the marketing technology stack, including emerging AI capabilities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing data infrastructure, tracking, and tagging (e.g., GTM, GA4).
- Experience with data environments such as data warehouses and BI tools (PowerBI preferred).
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
- Familiarity with advanced marketing measurement techniques such as attribution models and forecasting.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and digital advertising ecosystems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with strategic planning in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $125,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
