Job Description:

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business and delivery teams, translating needs into clear, actionable requirements while ensuring solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, Product Owners, and subject matter experts.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and customer journeys to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
- Translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Document business rules, workflows, and process flows to support delivery teams.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Identify patterns and contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and analysis practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a business or technology environment.
- Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation abilities.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $95,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
