Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Tech to support daily laboratory operations through sample preparation, chemical analysis, data calculation, and documentation. This role involves performing routine lab procedures while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with established guidelines. The Laboratory Tech will work closely with team members to support testing processes and maintain organized records and materials. Candidates who are dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment will thrive in this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and preserve samples using standard laboratory techniques and procedures
- Perform routine chemical analysis and calculate testing data accurately
- Support laboratory testing processes through documentation, sample preparation, and result communication
- Dispose of laboratory materials and samples according to established safety guidelines and procedures
- Review and process laboratory logs, documents, databases, and related records with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of laboratory support experience or equivalent combination of education and training
- Strong computer skills and ability to work within laboratory systems and databases
- Ability to multitask, problem solve, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in both laboratory and office settings and operate standard office and lab equipment

The base pay range for this position is $37,440–$45,760 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
