Are you an experienced IT recruiter who knows how to find and engage technical talent across software development, infrastructure, product, and data? We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Partner to join a collaborative recruiting team supporting multiple insurance companies. In this role, you will work directly with hiring managers and department leaders to identify hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, and recruit high-quality IT professionals.

In this role, you will work directly with hiring managers and department leaders to identify hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, and recruit high-quality IT professionals.
Using Workday and a variety of sourcing tools, you will manage recruiting activity from candidate identification through selection while delivering a strong experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. This opportunity is best suited for a recruiter who understands the IT talent market, can speak credibly with technical candidates, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with IT managers, supervisors, and department leaders to recruit and fill technical positions across multiple business areas
- Support recruiting activities and candidate workflow using Workday
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other recruiting resources
- Recruit across Software Development, QA, IT Systems, Product/Agile, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Scrum, and Data Warehouse talent areas
- Screen and interview candidates, assess qualifications, coordinate hiring activities, and support the selection process
- Develop recruiting and advertising strategies to attract qualified technical candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, including partnerships with colleges, universities, and other recruiting sources
- Provide excellent service to candidates and hiring leaders while maintaining accurate records and strict confidentiality
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Three or more years of IT recruiting or IT talent acquisition experience
- Required IT recruiting experience, including recruiting for Software Developers, QA professionals, IT Systems roles, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and/or Data Warehouse professionals
- Experience interviewing candidates and using multiple sourcing methods, including social media and online recruiting platforms
- Applicant tracking system experience; Workday experience is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices, including EEO, FLSA, ADA, and FMLA
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interviewing, active listening, organization, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions and deadlines
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Insurance industry recruiting experience is preferred
- Knowledge of insurance terminology is preferred
- Experience developing recruiting partnerships with colleges and universities is preferred
- Ability to identify recruiting challenges, recommend solutions, and work with a strong sense of urgency

The Pay Rate range for this position is $31 – $45 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
