Job Description
Join a high-impact HR team at a leading manufacturing site supporting a 500-person operation. The Lead HR Generalist / HR Business Partner partners directly with the Senior HR Manager and Plant leadership to deliver strategic and day-to-day human resources services across multiple business units. This role requires confidence, independent thinking, and proven HR business partner experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. You will help shape leadership, employee relations, and culture initiatives while mentoring a small team and contributing to a global organization that makes a real difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with functional leaders to drive employee engagement, team effectiveness, and operational excellence
- Lead employee relations initiatives including investigations, performance management, and corrective actions
- Manage HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and succession planning
- Develop and facilitate training and leadership development across the plant
- Analyze and report on HR metrics and support process improvements to streamline efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
- 5+ years of true HRBP experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of employment law, EEO, and compliance regulations
- Effective communicator and collaborator with a proactive, forward-thinking approach
- Ability to work independently while supporting plant leadership and global HR initiatives

The base salary range for this position is $115,000–$125,000, excluding bonuses, relocation, and other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
