Job Description
A $250M premium food manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Director of IT to lead its technology strategy and operations during a period of exciting transformation. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and enjoys building systems and teams. You’ll be instrumental in supporting a modernization effort that touches all aspects of the business—from manufacturing and operations to data visibility and margin optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Lead IT initiatives across infrastructure, data systems, and operational applications in a lean internal structure
• Manage external IT partners, including the organization’s managed service provider
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement scalable system solutions
• Drive system implementations, improve data integration (EDI), and support business objectives
• Serve as a key business partner to leadership, especially in finance and supply chain

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing leading an IT team; food industry experience a plus
• Proven experience leading system implementations and complex IT projects
• Working knowledge of EDI and aligning data architecture to business requirements
• Strong communication skills, business acumen, and ability to lead in high-pressure environments

The base salary range for this position is $140,000–$150,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
