Job Description
The Project Manager – Commercial Initiatives performs a variety of functions with significant focus on customer onboarding to enhance the customer experience and enable faster solutions and decision making. The Project Manager – Commercial Initiatives will become the primary owner of the onboarding activities for new clients, including all services and product needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer implementations: increase speed to revenue in customer onboarding through both internal and customer facing engagement. Develop efficient workflows between various departments to ensure best-in-class customer experience
- Increase company dependency on our technology stack (Netsuite, HubSpot, Wrike, etc.) for all eligible commercial processes to streamline data collection and distribution.
- Work collaboratively with all departments including receiving, staging, production, inventory management, continuous improvement, finance, and distribution to maintain high customer service levels.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects business operations by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years managing large-scale commercial projects
- MUST have the highest level of proficiency in advanced Excel skills., including working with large data sets, pivot tables, V-lookups
- Experience with project management software preferred
- Experience with relational databases preferred
- Experience with warehouse managed inventory is preferred
- Experience with One World, NetSuite, or Oracle ERP systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Ability for travel to other locations preferred (<25%)

The base pay range for this position is $70,000–$90,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
