Job Summary
City of Houston is looking for a Customer Service Representative III. This position is responsible for improving data collection and quality by promoting the use of immtrac2, analyzing registry data quality reports, and targeting organizations with issues to enhance vaccine coverage rates.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data collection and quality by promoting the use of immtrac2, analyzing registry data quality reports.
- Create dashboards and summary reports and monitor error reports with corresponding follow-up.
- Utilize Microsoft excel, Word, and PowerPoint and VLOOKUP to develop and maintain pivot tables
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma or a GED
- Three years of administrative or customer service-related experience are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, and PowerPoint, with skills in using VLOOKUP- REQUIRED
- Texas Drivers License
