Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Euclid, OH.
In this role, you will support industrial distributor customers by processing orders, preparing quotes, coordinating shipments, and resolving customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, strong organizational skills, and experience working with an ERP or order management system.
Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and provide customer quotes
- Coordinate order shipments with the warehouse team
- Send invoices and issue credits for short shipments and returns
- Prepare and send material certifications and certification packages to customers
- Follow up on customer orders, questions, and delivery concerns
- Resolve customer problems and complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in internal systems
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment required
- Experience entering and processing orders using an ERP or order management system
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively with customers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience supporting fastener distributors, MRO companies, or industrial distributors strongly preferred

The base salary for this position is $20–$28 per hour, depending on qualifications and relevant industry experience. Candidates with general manufacturing or distribution customer service experience are typically considered in the $20–$24 range. The $25–$28 range is reserved for candidates with relevant fastener distributor, MRO, or industrial distributor experience. Your final salary will be based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and company pay structure. Hiring at the top of the range is rare, allowing room for future growth.
