- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialty, hard-to-fill, and higher-level positions.
- Hunt for passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Review resumes and conduct initial interviews/screens to assess qualifications, experience, motivation, and overall fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Take ownership of assigned requisitions and actively drive the recruiting process forward.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent, timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide recruiting updates and market feedback.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, activity, feedback, and next steps within the applicant tracking system.
- Track recruiting activity and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with offer coordination, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-through.
- Support additional Talent Acquisition projects and recruiting initiatives as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with proactive sourcing, cold calling, networking, and candidate engagement.
- Proven ability to recruit for specialty, professional, corporate, or hard-to-fill positions.
- Strong experience sourcing both active and passive candidates.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, an ATS, recruiting databases, or similar recruiting platforms.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
- Self-directed with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Comfortable thinking creatively and using multiple sourcing strategies to find talent.
- Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information appropriately.
- Working knowledge of recruiting practices and employment compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, email, and other standard business applications.
- Banking or financial services recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
Benefits and Perks:
