Job Description
Come join our client’s dynamic manufacturing company. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to join their team and play a crucial role in production.
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts. Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC machines according to blueprints, work instructions, and established procedures
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and production documentation to ensure accurate part production
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards and production expectations
• Measure and inspect finished parts using appropriate tools and gauges to confirm accuracy
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures
• Communicate production concerns, machine issues, or quality discrepancies to leadership
• Support production goals by working efficiently and consistently throughout the shift
Qualifications and Requirements:
• 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment with CNC equipment
• Ability to set up and operate machines according to blueprints and established procedures
• Background in welding is a plus
• Basic math, measurement, and blueprint reading skills
• Safety-conscious mindset and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
