CNC Machine Operator

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts. •   Set up and operate CNC machines according to blueprints, work instructions, and established procedures

•   Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and production documentation to ensure accurate part production

•   Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards and production expectations

•   Measure and inspect finished parts using appropriate tools and gauges to confirm accuracy

•   Make basic machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency

•   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures

•   Communicate production concerns, machine issues, or quality discrepancies to leadership

•   Support production goals by working efficiently and consistently throughout the shift

Qualifications and Requirements:

•   5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment with CNC equipment

•   Ability to set up and operate machines according to blueprints and established procedures

•   Background in welding is a plus

•   Basic math, measurement, and blueprint reading skills

•   Safety-conscious mindset and strong attention to detail

•   Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

•   Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

•   $18-$20.00 an hour

If you are hired, your salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
