Warehouse Material Handler | Concord, NC | 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:00pm – 10:30pm | $18.80 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Move, stage, secure, and track bonded cargo within a secured warehouse environment.
- Assist with the storage and documentation of duty-unpaid imported goods.
- Ensure no products leave the bonded or secured area without proper Customs clearance and release documentation.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and verify product quantities, lot numbers, and serial numbers.
- Accurately record inventory movement, shipment details, and product data in WMS, ERP, or other warehouse systems.
- Safely unload inbound freight and inspect shipments for damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Properly palletize, label, and stage outbound shipments for domestic or international distribution.
- Operate powered industrial trucks, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, clamp trucks, or other material-handling equipment.
- Use barcode scanners, handheld devices, computers, and basic office software to support shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area.
- Keep dock areas, aisles, and clearance zones orderly and free of hazards.
- Promptly report safety concerns, product discrepancies, damages, accidents, or compliance issues to management.
- Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and Customs compliance requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers
- Ability to use RF scanners, handheld devices, and basic computer programs.
- Familiarity with SAP, AS400, or other Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify counts, measurements, and documentation accurately.
- Basic math skills required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work well with a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and move throughout the shift.
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse and office setting.
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.

We are committed to pay transparency. The base salary range for this position is $18.80 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
