Job Description
A Medina, OH employer is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Inventory / Forklift team member to support warehouse, inventory, and production operations. This position is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment, moving materials throughout the facility, supporting inventory accuracy, and ensuring production areas have the supplies needed to run efficiently. The ideal candidate will have forklift, tow motor, hand jack, or warehouse experience, along with strong attention to safety, organization, and detail. This is a full-time opportunity on 2nd shift.
Responsibilities:
· Safely operate stand-up and sit-down tow motors, forklifts, rider walkies, man pickers, and electric hand jacks
· Move ingredients, supplies, materials, and finished product skids to production lines, shipping areas, freezers, or designated storage locations
· Assist with inventory control by tracking, organizing, rotating, and returning materials to the proper locations
· Set up production areas with required supplies and remove or return unused materials as needed
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work area while following GMP, food safety, and safety standards
· Report unsafe conditions, damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or improper procedures to management

Qualifications and Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED required
· Previous warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, forklift, tow motor, or hand jack experience preferred
· Knowledge of food safety, GMP, or warehouse safety standards preferred
· Basic computer skills and good communication skills required
· Ability to work flexible hours and support multiple production or warehouse areas as needed
· Ability to work in a cold and wet environment
· Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach frequently for 8–12 hours
· Ability to frequently lift up to 65 pounds
· Previous warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, forklift, tow motor, or hand jack experience preferred
· Knowledge of food safety, GMP, or warehouse safety standards preferred
· Basic computer skills and good communication skills required
· Ability to work flexible hours and support multiple production or warehouse areas as needed

The base salary range for this position is $43,618–$43,618, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
