Bilingual Customer Care Representative

• Competitive Pay of $17.00 per hour plus additional compensation 

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

An operations and maintenance company specializing in residential water and wastewater facilities is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Representative. In this role, you’ll handle a high volume of customer calls and provide timely, professional support. Your ability to listen, communicate clearly, and resolve concerns will make a direct impact on customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment and are passionate about helping others.

• Manage high volumes of inbound customer calls 

• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions 

• Follow all communication procedures and company guidelines 

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Previous customer care or call center experience required • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Pay Rate: $15.50/hr

The base pay range for this position is $15.50 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
