Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Accounting and Finance team. In this role, you will process employee expense reports, vendor and client vouchers, and maintain accurate vendor records. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and help support strong internal controls by ensuring payments are processed only to approved vendors with proper documentation.

• Update and maintain vendor records, including W-9s and approval status • Obtain and verify required approvals prior to processing payments • Process vouchers and run multiple check batches daily • Track and ensure timely processing of monthly bills • Prepare reporting and analysis of issued payments and perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED • At least 1 year of accounts payable experience using an automated system • Accuracy in data entry and ability to manage high-volume records • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
