Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support the Land team with invoice processing and vendor communication. This role is responsible for managing invoice workflows, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with vendors and internal teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a stable and collaborative organization.
Responsiilities:
• Manage the Land Invoice inbox, route invoices for approval, and respond to vendor inquiries
• Process invoices through MetaViewer and ensure all invoices are properly recorded
• Serve as backup support by approving invoices in BuildPro
• Process check requests, voids, and assist with check distribution
• Contact homeowners to verify mailing details for earnest money refund checks

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working with accounting systems (BuildPro, MetaViewer a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage high-volume tasks

The base pay range for this position is $35,360–$47,840, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
