Key Responsibilities
• Support daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment activities
• Review, code, and process financial transactions accurately
• Reconcile accounts, inventory, and supporting documentation
• Research and resolve billing, payment, and posting discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams
• Assist with month-end close, reporting, and record maintenance
• Prepare deposits, payment runs, and other routine accounting documentation
• Support collections and other accounting projects as needed
• Review, code, and process financial transactions accurately
• Reconcile accounts, inventory, and supporting documentation

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of accounting, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience
• Familiarity with ERP software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• QuickBooks experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
• 2+ years of accounting, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience
• Familiarity with ERP software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
