Job Description
The Accountant plays a key role in supporting financial operations with a strong emphasis on bank reconciliations and cash management activities. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy across financial reporting, maintaining balance sheet integrity, and supporting month-end close. You will work closely with internal teams to investigate discrepancies, improve processes, and contribute to a high-growth, evolving organization. Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume bank and account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Support month-end close including journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting
- Assist with cash flow tracking and daily cash position activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Support audits, process improvements, and acquisition-related projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–7 years of accounting experience
- Strong experience with bank reconciliations (required)
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Visual Infor a plus)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
