This role will oversee financial reporting, support budgeting and forecasting activities, develop accounting staff, and partner with leadership on strategic projects and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee statutory and consolidated financial reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital reporting activities
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CPA track strongly preferred
• 5-10+ years of accounting experience
• Statutory accounting experience required
• Insurance industry experience preferred, ideally Life Insurance
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a management role
• Strong technical accounting and communication skills
