Job Description:
Join a technology-driven organization building a cloud-native, API-powered platform that is distrupting the industry. As a Senior MarTech Developer, you will play a key role in the development, integration, and optimization of the marketing technology stack, supporting data-driven growth and customer acquisition initiatives. Working closely with marketing and product stakeholders, you will serve as a subject matter expert on marketing systems while remaining a hands-on contributor responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, enterprise-grade solutions in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a senior technical contributor on a cross-functional Agile team
• Act as an SME across marketing technology systems, including tracking, analytics, and experimentation
• Design and enhance A/B testing and landing page experimentation capabilities
• Build and maintain tagging and tracking architecture to ensure accurate data flow
• Partner with marketing to translate campaign goals into scalable technical solutions
• Troubleshoot issues impacting conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign performance
• Develop APIs and event-driven systems supporting marketing analytics and customer journeys
• Contribute across both front-end (UI/landing experiences) and back-end development
• Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance
• Collaborate on system design, architecture, and long-term scalability

Qualifications and Requirements:
- • 5–10 years of software development experience
• Strong skills in C#, .NET, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (Angular or React)
• Experience building APIs, integrations, and event-driven systems
• Understanding of tagging, tracking, and conversion measurement
• Experience with A/B testing or experimentation platforms
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar)
• Experience with tag management tools (GTM, Tealium, or equivalent)
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred) and modern architecture patterns
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional environment
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms is preferred

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $155,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
