Job Description
We are seeking a Data Engineer to support the design, development, and ongoing optimization of enterprise data solutions that drive reporting, analytics, and business decision-making. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and enhance data pipelines, support data warehouse initiatives, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of critical data assets. The role requires a balance of hands-on technical execution and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with opportunities to contribute to architectural improvements, mentor team members, and influence best practices within an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data architecture to support reporting and analytics needs
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and reliability across data systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver data solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution
- Support and enhance existing data warehouse and reporting solutions
- Assist in defining technical approaches, timelines, and development plans for projects
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related STEM field
- 3–4+ years of experience in data engineering or data warehousing environments
- Strong experience with Microsoft data stack (SQL, stored procedures, ETL, Azure, SSIS)
- Experience working with data warehouses, data marts, and relational databases
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data integration concepts
- Ability to break down complex work into manageable tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000 per year, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
