Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving safety, quality, and efficiency improvements across all manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for process optimization and a collaborative approach to leading continuous improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity to join a team that values innovation, operational excellence, and forward-thinking problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
• Improve and monitor manufacturing systems with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost control
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and serve as a technical resource for production-related issues
• Develop and implement best practices, SOPs, and safety protocols across the plant
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate data and drive continuous improvement projects
• Participate in ISO 9001:2015 quality initiatives and ensure compliance with standards
• Oversee project planning and implementation from start to finish
• Foster a strong team environment focused on safety, training, and results

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering leadership role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and production control tools
• Ability to engage and inspire team collaboration while driving measurable results

The base pay range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
