Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving safety, quality, and efficiency improvements across all manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for process optimization and a collaborative approach to leading continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Improve and monitor manufacturing systems with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost control
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and serve as a technical resource for production-related issues
• Develop and implement best practices, SOPs, and safety protocols across the plant
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate data and drive continuous improvement projects
• Participate in ISO 9001:2015 quality initiatives and ensure compliance with standards
• Oversee project planning and implementation from start to finish
• Foster a strong team environment focused on safety, training, and results
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and serve as a technical resource for production-related issues

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering leadership role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and production control tools
• Ability to engage and inspire team collaboration while driving measurable results

The base pay range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
