Job Description
Join a dynamic engineering team developing and supporting cutting-edge hardware and embedded firmware for critical safety products. As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll work on complex systems from concept through production, integrating electronic components and troubleshooting hardware in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate across engineering disciplines and directly impact product development and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze electronic circuits and systems using SPICE modeling and Altium Designer®
- Develop and debug embedded firmware in C/C++ using IAR Embedded Workbench
- Troubleshoot and test hardware using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other lab tools
- Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, and software teams during new and sustaining product development
- Present designs and strategies in both peer and leadership review sessions
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- 5–7+ years of experience in electronic circuit design and embedded firmware development
- Proficiency with embedded C/C++, SPICE, and schematic capture software
- Strong understanding of AC/DC theory, analog and digital circuitry, and electromagnetic concepts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

The base salary range for this position is $90K-$130K excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
