Job Description
A growing industrial products manufacturer is seeking a skilled Welder to join its fabrication team. This role is responsible for laying out, fitting, and welding fabricated components to assemble structural products while maintaining high quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of welding techniques and materials in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and process sheets
- Set up and operate MIG, TIG, and torch welding equipment
- Lay out, position, align, and fit components prior to welding
- Secure parts using bolts, clamps, and tack welds
- Assemble parts and structures using bolting and riveting techniques
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2–5 years of MIG and TIG welding experience
- Aluminum and stainless steel TIG welding experience required
- Experience operating cut-off saws and drill presses
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
